The Breathing Well Course

NOTE: You only need to book session 1, and session 2 is included.
Here’s a brief outline of what to expect.....
With this course I will take you on a step-by-step journey to help you tap into the very deep well of breathing potential within you. This can influence your health & wellbeing in a profound and truly positive way.
You'll learn good, functional breathing in the way that the body is designed to breathe. You'll learn practical techniques and get to practise them in session. You'll have time for questions, and you'll have a take-home learning point to focus on for a week. This way you will see progress and feel the positive effects.
Most people have no idea how they should be breathing, and everyone needs to know how they should be breathing in all life situations - managing stress, balancing the nervous system, preparing for sleep, waking the body and brain up, increasing performance etc. So you'll discover how you can harness the full potential and power of your breath to help you in all areas of your life.
The Rainbow Retreat (half-day)
As a special celebration of this amazing sunny weather I'm putting together 2 special half-day retreats that will be filled with the bright, healing colours of summer. These retreats will be packed with a rainbow of healing practices including Flow and Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Affirmations, Music and Nature, to help you return to the brightest, most colourful version of yourself. 🧡
It's a perfect opportunity for you to let go of the everyday stuff you are carrying, to retreat into some quality time within yourself, to meet other friendly souls, connect more deeply to Nature's intense green healing power, and to find a deeper and more colourful freedom within yourself.
Think of this as your RAINBOW RETREAT - a chance to let the vibrant colours of your rainbow shine bright.

🧡 Meditation - to discover where your inner self may be stuck so that you can find your intention to shine more colourfully
💚 Slow Flow Yog'al Fresco to gently unwind your body from stress and wake you up to living more fully and freely within your own body
💙 Breathwork - proven techniques to release your nervous system from holding onto stress
💜 Yin yoga - deep relaxation for your mind and a super deep release of your body's held tension
💚 Barefoot in Nature - optional barefoot walk to re-wild your feet through the beautiful grassy gardens of our retreat centre.
If the weather allows I'll be offering as much of this as possible in the BEAUTIFUL GREEN GARDENS - a perfect place to feel the deep freedom that comes from an outdoor green space.
There will be a light lunch provided and healthy light refreshments on hand throughout the day.
